This is a lot of seven original fancy embellished paper wedding cards used for a wedding in Carnegie PA in February 1968. All seven feature lovely vintage illustrations of wedding bells and some fancy embellishment (glitter, embossing, and/or gold/silver script or accents); three of the cards are by Hallmark, one is by Ambassador Cards, one is "A Sunshine Card," one is a parchment card by Buzza-Cardozo, and one does not identify its maker. All cards are signed on the inside. The inside of the "Joy of Being Married" parchment card is featured in both my 5th and 6th photos, as it contains multiple inner pages to read like a book.<br>All seven cards were removed from a large scrapbook related to this wedding; since the original scrapbook creator glued these cards to the scrapbook pages 50 years ago, the backs of the cards show glue marks and residue from the scrapbook page (See my final photo). Otherwise, the cards are in good shape and can be great accents in a modern scrapbook, vintage-themed wedding display, or shadowbox.
