Here is a beautiful Vintage Antique SILVER Belt Buckle made in Holland, the Netherlands and dating, I believe, to the late 1800's or early 1900's. This Dutch Silver Belt Buckle measures 3 1/8 inches long and is 2 1/4 inches wide. It is hand wrought with a lovely filigreed floral design frame and weighs a hefty 39.7 grams.<br>The SILVER BELT BUCKLE is marked twice, once on the side with a lion passant, which I believe indicates 833 silver and once on the prong with what I think is the Minerva Head. The HOLLAND SILVER BELT BUCKLE is in Excellent Condition and beautifully polished but could probably use a little buffing to make it perfect. A wonderful piece of antique Dutch Silver.
