Austria Austrian Bayonet Model 1912 for Chile with Scabbard. Nice clean example manufactured by 'OEWG' & so marked on one side of blade. Larger Chile coat of arms on other side of blade. The serial # on oval frog stud does not match the serial # on the cross guard. 2 piece wood grips held by 2 steel rivets. Rough handling marks and gouges but no cracks. Push button works. This bayonet was manufactured for the 1912 7 mm mauser. The blued scabbard is undented with about 50% original finish. At 108 years old in reasonable shape for age. Study all photos please.
