The Flat Bench Press by Deltech Fitness model DF1700, is a super solid, affordable bench press. This is a fixed flat bench which means the back is not adjustable. The weight bar support arms feature 4 height adjustments in 2-1/2" increments. The simplicity of this bench gives the bench a sturdy, commercial feel that adjustable benches just don't have. The seat sits a comfortable 18” off the ground so your feet will sit firmly on the floor during your workout. The Flat Bench Press works great as a utility bench as well. By turning around on the seat you can use this bench for many dumbbell exercises. Other notable features: comes with lock nuts and zinc hardware to complete a dependable bench press that will last a lifetime.
